i’ve been busy with work lately, since i’ve mainly been hired as a seasonal employee (for christmas) i get a lot more hours now that christmas is close. and that’s pretty much what my life has been about lately… kinda boring. i’m sorry if i haven’t been posting much, but it’s hard to write blogs when i barely do anything. i found what i want for christmas though! i’m gonna ask my parents to pay for my drivers classes just so i can get my license. right now i only have my permit, and i’d really like to finally be able to drive on my own!

i’m done my christmas shopping! i’ve got a present for my mom, one for my dad, and i kinda have one for my sister. it was so hard to find something for my dad, and i’m scared that what i’ve got might be a little cheesy… but how do you know what dads want! they’re always so complicated! and moms seem to appreciate whatever random thing you find at a gift store. but i’m glad i’m done finding gifts. and my dad and i are getting a christmas tree tomorrow!!! i’ll maybe post a picture of it in my next post!

i’ve posted a new picture on my lookbook, you can check it out by clicking here. it’s also been posted on deviantart here. it’s really strange to think that this picture was taken only about a week and a half ago, and just last night there was a huge snowstorm! i guess it was a little cold out to take a picture like that, but what else could i do! i can’t help the weather, and it’s deeply depressing that now i obviously just won’t be able to take pictures outside anymore.. until winter’s over, or snow gone. maybe a snow picture could eventually be fun, but i don’t wanna die from a terrible cold either!

i’ve posted a new look on my lookbook, you can check it out by clicking here. and just to give you a little update, following my previous post, the family issues i’ve been dealing with haven’t really gotten any better, which is one of the reasons why i haven’t been posting much lately. but also, i work 6 hours a day, every day, this week, except for saturday. and it’s a lot of hours… and i get to work tired because i can’t really clear my head and rest at home with what’s going on, and it makes it a little hard to cope with work. but i try not to let my personal issues show at work. and it’s better that way anyway. it helps me forget about them. i think it’s slowly getting into place too. so let’s just hope for the best!

as you probably already know (cause i think i’ve told you before) i went to lady gaga’s show last weekend, and it definitely was one of the best shows i’ve ever been to. no, it was the best show! and i’m not only trying to contribute to the hype going on around lady gaga, the show really was great. she did fall on her butt about 4 times, but the floor was very slippery as she said herself at some point during the show, and then followed by saying how she felt like a drunk model on a runway! it was pretty hilarious. but she’s a fun and accessible person, which made the whole experience really great. she kept telling stories and interacting with the crowd. it’s very obvious that she loves what she does, and that she puts her heart into it 100%.

her singing is also very great, which is rare for a “pop singer”. i can’t even think of one pop/dance singer who sings as well as she does, and who doesn’t lipsynch, which is pretty sad… why would people go see a live show, when the person doesn’t even sing live? they might as well just buy the live dvd concert at the most, or listen to their cd? but yeah, gaga’s a great performer. here’s a video that i recorded of her performing “speechless”, she got really emotional while she sang it since it’s about her father, and he was at the concert that night.
